Restrictions:
1. 30% deposit of the rental amount is required along with both signatures of renter and GPAC designee on agreement document to confirm reservation. Remaining balance is due the day of the event.
2. All dates must be approved by GPAC designee at least 30 days prior to event.
3. No objects are to be placed on walls in venues.
4. Events are to end by 11:00pm.
Conditions:
1. Venues must be left in the same condition they were found prior to event.
2. All table, chairs and equipment that will be used must be cleared with GPAC designee.
Provisions:
Rental deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, your deposit may be used toward another date, depending on availability. Renter is liable for any damage done to the property of GPAC.
GPAC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, THEFT OR VANDALISM WHILE ON THE PREMISES.
