CHECKLIST of ITEMS to SEND to the GFF:
This COMPLETE SUBMISSION form—one per motion picture.
VHS (NTSC) or DVD (US compatible) preview copy of your motion picture
Check or Money Order for $20 (US currency) for each motion picture prior to September 28 (or $40 for entries until October 16, 2007) made payable to “Gallup Film Foundation”.
Still Image from the motion picture —in a high quality print or high resolution electronic file
Publicity materials of any type
Self-addressed stamped postcard for verification of receipt
50 word synopsis of motion picture for publicity

The deadline for Film Festival consideration is September 28th - Submissions must be postmarked by this date.
Late Festival entries will be accepted for consideration if postmarked by October 16, 2007 and accompanied by the additional fee for a total of $40 (US) per motion picture.
No revisions to your information on this form will be accepted.

REGULATIONS
• Write Total Running Time on preview copy.
• All foreign language motion pictures must have English subtitles.
• Motion pictures publicly screened in the U.S. must include information: when, where & awards received with entry form.
• Motion pictures selected for exhibition are done by special committee.
• Motion pictures selected for awards are done by special committee.
• Entry forms, preview tapes must be prepaid, postmarked by designated deadlines, contain appropriate fee.
