The Messiah

"George Frideric Handel "The Messiah" will be performed on Sunday,
December 10 at 4:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 1800 Red Rock
Drive. This presentation of the Christmas portion of Handel's most highly
esteemed and popular work will be performed by The Gallup Community Choir and
Orchestra under the direction of Linda Kaye. Soloists for this performance are:
Shon Emery, Jennifer Feddes, Carl Kloosterman, Gwenda McDaniel, Scott MacLaren,
Mary Lou Mraz, Carrie Starr, Jillian Sweeney, and Rebecca Winfield. Pianist: Ann
Jarvis.
Admission is a canned good or other non-perishable food item for the
Community Food Pantry. Come early and visit the holiday book and gift table
or choose from a number of alternatives to traditional giving in the
